Recently..I got a job at Autumn Care with Yolanda Johnson . The Best Manager Ever... The reviews on the cleaness of Facility itself speak volumes. It might make you say "she run a tight ship." The place is definitely clean...All Directed by Yolanda Johnson. I recommend working at Autumn Care EV Yolanda Johnson..if you want to work with no stress and make some money....No one works for free👍 and really help people that needs care...if it's a hug a, smile, to lend a ear, and even a wipe...And look good in the Navy Blues while doing all that...if that's something you aspire to do ..Add Autumn Care Yolanda Johnson EV to your to do list.

Thus far the entire team has been 100% great! Empathetic, knowledgeable and displayed a sense of dignity as my mom was admitted to their SNF! They took time to listen AND saved her a dinner despite her late arrival.. I'm bad with names but to the young lady who gave me a tour ,(Ryan- at the last minute) on 1.8.24, Receptionist who answered my questions and 2 Nurses caring for my mom ( Chrisy &Monique) -in Autumn) you all have made it easier for me to rest tonight....knowing she is safe and taken care of? And to the entire team, who I haven't met yet....thanks..we will get on each other's nerves, but let's work together;;!! Tweety

We really like the place. Always nice and clean. The staff is great. But most of all our mother likes it there and that is important to us. Thank you for taking great care of mom. We appreciate you.

If I could give 10 stars I would, this place is a godsend! They accepted my mother with open arms and treat both her and I like family. I truly look at the staff and residents of the Spring unit as my extended family as well and cannot thank them enough for their generous spirits and kind, loving care of my mom.

My Mom has been a resident here for a few years and the staff have ALWAYS been wonderful! They love her just like I do and you can tell. She is always clean, the rooms are clean and the staff are very attentive and helpful when it comes to her needs. I was very skeptical in the beginning but they have blown me away!

First visit to my mom and it was a great experience. The facility was clean and didn’t smell like urine at all which is often the case in these places. The people were very friendly.

I will NOT be recommending or sending any family/friends here again! Are the staff nice, sure individuals were! But the care, not so much! If you looking for a babysitter this is a place to go! Family members could not get straight answers from anyone, everyone pointing fingers at each other in the facility. Nursing staff said repeatedly, we can not see PTOT notes, so we have no instructions on what the patient should be doing after 45 min PTOT in the morning. My parent had extensive fluid build up in the body, due to lack of activity at the Rehab center! Not only that but also caught Pneumonia, bronchitis and lastly MRSA.
